We are located about 4 miles west of town on a beautiful birch-covered hillside nestled in the Sawtooth Mountain range. The B&B is tastefully decorated with antiques, Red Wing pottery and local artists work. You will enjoy spectacular views of Lake Superior from your room or from the large, two level, deck area. The B&B is quite secluded with state and federal land around much of the area. It is a great place for small reunions or a wedding in the North woods. If you need rest and relaxation, or simply have the desire to get away from it all, you will find the luxury and atmosphere you are looking for, anytime of the year. |

We try to provide all of our guests with a unique B&B experience. We have a hiking trail which winds through 13 plus acres of wooded hillside. Along the trail there may be a bench swing or hammock to relax in. We have 4 different places to enjoy an outside fire. You can watch deer feeding around the B&B most any time of the day. Also included with the price of your room are access to mountain bikes, canoes, golf clubs, cross country skis and snowshoes. If you are into viewing wildlife we have it all here. You may have the opportunity to see deer, moose, bald eagles, turkey vultures, black bears, timber wolves, coyotes, mountain lions, lynx and a very large variety of song birds. Nearby activities include: hiking, canoeing, biking, kayaking, shops, casino, national monument, berry picking, bird watching, sailing, skiing, fishing, historic attractions, golf, horseback riding, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, airplane tours. |
