For those familiar with Old Town in Park City, this home sits in elevation just above Grappa and the Wasatch Brew Pub (Restaurants on Main Street). The street location is just off Marsac Avenue, the old mine road. It is one of the last homes in Old Town Park City before heading up to Silver Lake in Deer Valley.
Relax in the private hot tub or by the fireplace after a day at the ski resorts, shopping, or mountain biking.
Walking down to Main Street requires only one set of stairs from Marsac Ave to Swede Alley located on the uppermost parking lot on Marsac Avenue above City Hall. Walking on Hillside Avenue is not recommended (Hillside Ave is only one car width wide, with no sidewalk).
