Eden Palms Villa boasts one of the best locations in Orlando and is the perfect Disney Vacation Villa. Eden Palms is located in a beautiful new residential and rental estate called Sandy Ridge. Sandy Ridge is a new development set in a peaceful wooded conservation area. Sandy Ridge is located in Davenport which is a new area of Orlando very close to the I4 and the US 192.
The theme parks are all within a 20 minute drive with the closest being Walt Disney World, which can be reached in just over 10 minutes, the furthest being Universal Studios, a mere 20 minute drive away.
In between, you will find Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Wet n' Wild. The various shopping malls in Orlando are also within easy reach, the furthest no more than 25 minutes away.
There are numerous attractions other than the major theme parks, such as Gatorland, Wonderworks and the many dinner shows available.
For the golfer there are numerous courses within a 15 minute drive from the villa, with the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate Golf Course a mere 5 minutes from the villa.
With the US 192 and International Drive in easy reach, you will be spoiled for choice when deciding what to eat
