Rates details: The electricity and water rate is as follow : 6 Baht per kw, 40 Baht per m3.
The cleaning rate is 210 Baht for a Studio and 330 Baht for a Suite.
Cleaning is made twice a week. Included in this price, the change of the sheets and towels. The amount can be paid as soon as you arrive, in Baht or in currency with no extra fee.
Deposit rate to be paid on arrival are as follow :
- 5000 Baht for the Studio and
- 10000 Baht deposit for the executive Studio and the Suites for 1 month
or 2000 Baht per week for the Studio and 4000 Baht deposit per week for the executive Studio and the Suites.
Water, electricity and cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit. Deposit will be refunded to you on your departure day.
