The light-filled two-room apartment (50 square meters, 540ft2, XVII century, restored in 2007) has an open kitchen and living room area with a comfortable sofa bed with 2 single bed, the bedroom, enlightened by a French door on a little private courtyard, has a king size bed. There is a bath with shower. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Amenities include air conditioned, a refrigerator, a microwave, a washing machine and a TV. Bedding, towels, cooking equipment are provided.
From the windows there is a view of the San Stae church and the Canal Grande in the corner.
At San Giacomo dell’Orio, just a minute away, you’ll find excellent restaurants, bars, gelato shops and all the shops you’ll need: a supermarket, fruit and vegetable store, bakery, pharmacy and of course you’re close to the famous Rialto fish and product market.
It is a no smoking apartment.
