Wheeler, Oregon, is on US Highway 101 (which in Wheeler is a 2-lane, 25 mph road) about half way between Tillamook and Seaside. It is 15 miles south of Cannon Beach and 5 miles north of Rockaway Beach.

From Portland: (via Cannon Beach): Drive west on Hwy 26 (the Sunset Hwy) about 68 miles to Hwy 101, then south (left) 22 miles to Wheeler -- Or (via Tillamook): West on Hwy 26 about 22 miles, then south on State Hwy 6 about 46 miles, then north on Hwy 101 about 23 miles to Wheeler.
