Property description
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport and is situated in a beautiful wooded setting in a small development of only 50 individual luxury villas. It is only 12 minutes from Walt Disney World and close to Highway 192 and all the other attractions of Central Florida.
We can accommodate up to 8 guests in comfort.

Other amenities: Everything you could want in the way of attractions, shopping, restaurants and nightlife is available within 5 to 20 minutes reach. We find we eat at home more than expected. It’s so easy cooking and eating at home around the pool late into the evening.

Rates details: The rates are fully inclusive of all taxes, solar pool heating and cleaning between lets.
All bed linen and towels are provided except beach towels.
From October to March a pool heat pump can be switched on by prior arrangement at an additional cost of £95 ($165 if paying locally) per week.
The rates reflect when the villa is most in demand. However, the climate in Florida is warm and sunny all year round , so if you can go outside school holidays, you can save money and everything is much quieter.
Occupation is from 4.00pm local time on the day of arrival to 11.00am on the day of departure. Reservations normally run from Saturday to Saturday.
Additional information
As the villa is our own holiday home from home we have furnished it to create a truly fabulous American atmosphere. Unlike most holiday lets which are furnished with rental in mind, we have chosen luxurious and comfortable furnishings to make our own and our guest’s stay in Florida as special as possible.
The master suite with queen size bed has its own luxury bathroom with separate shower room, Roman tub and double vanity unit. Two further bedrooms, one with queen size bed, one with twin beds, share a second bathroom. The living accommodation provides sitting room, dining room and a very large family room, combined with a fully fitted kitchen and breakfast area. A sofa bed in the family room converts to a queen size bed for the occasions when more than six people occupy thevilla. A separate utility room has a large washer and a tumble dryer available for guest’s use.
A covered “lanai” area provides shade from the sun and leads to the terrace around the 30”x15” freeform heated pool with Roman steps for easy safe access. A mesh screen structure around the pool prevents insects from coming in so you can sit out safely even after dark.
The pool and garden are maintained by our British owned management company who are also available to guests for help and advice. The villa is fully cleaned before your arrival.
We provide the necessary bed linen and towels, except beach towels and the villa is fully equipped with iron, ironing board and hairdryer. In the kitchen there is a large American range, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Small items such as coffee maker, toaster and kettle are all provided. Telephone is installed with free nationwide calls and a security system and smoke alarm system throughout the house are fitted for your peace of mind. Television is provided in the family room with cable HDTV and Blu-ray/DVD player and in the master suite. Free fast internet access is also available.
