Rates details: Plus applicable taxes. Rates based on double occupancy. Off-Season rates begin on November 1st at $69 up to $110 and and end on February 28th. Season rates begin March 1st at $95.00 up to $125.00 and go until October 31st. Cancellation policy: 14 days advanced notice less $10.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 14 days of your date of arrival we charge 50% of the nightly rate unless we are able to rebook the room (less $10.00 fee).
