Montmartre is a very artistic quarter in Paris, with a rich history, its tiny cobblestoned streets and a real village atmosphere. Around the corner from the Apartment, you will discover Picasso's Studio and living Quarters "le Bateau Lavoir", or Renoir's home "Le Chateau des Brouillards". This is the Quarter where also all the other famous Artists, like Vincent Van Gogh, Pierre Bonnard, Utrillo, Pissarro, Dali, Degas, Manet, Modigliani, or Toulouse-Lautrec used to live and to work.
Directly in front of the house of the Apartment, is the "Place du Tertre", with it's street-Artists and Portrait painters.
