Property description

Yellowdog by the Sea is a magical Oceanfront home with four King suites, one Queen suite and one bedroom with two twin beds. Three King suites in this home are directly facing the ocean, with private oceanfront decks/balconies. The Master King Suite is situated on the ground floor, and has glass French doors opening to a deck which leads directly to the Azure Blue pool. Imagine lying in bed watching the dolphins frolic in the ocean which is just steps beyond your private swimming pool. The suite includes a mirrored bathroom with Jacuzzi, separate shower and dressing room. An exquisite King size bed, a beautiful armoire which houses the large flat screen TV and a sumptuous Mitchell Gold oversized slip covered armchair complete this awesome suite. The additional five bedrooms are on the second floor. The second King Suite, is oceanfront and is equally impressive with an upholstered Mitchell Gold King bed and huge Mitchell Gold overstuffed arm chair, chandelier and a private deck that overlooks the ocean. A beautiful fence bed with Malabar chair and private deck is what gives a distinctive look to the third oceanfront King Suite. The fourth King Suite has an impressive four poster rice bed, an antique painted chest, an elegant chandelier and a private bath. The Queen Suite, which is the fifth bedroom, has a striking four poster bed, a marble and mirrored cozy bathroom with an oversized shower and a pedestal sink. The sixth bedroom has hardwood floors, two twin Uwharrie designer beds and an antique pine armoire. All beds have mattresses from the same company that supplies The Wentworth Mansion in Charleston, which is renowned for having the most comfortable beds anywhere.

Situated in North Forest Beach, this striking Ocean Front vacation home epitomizes luxury and elegance. The dining area can sit up to 14 people at the stunning expandable table and is lit by a gorgeous chandelier. An elegant marble topped counter and hardwood floors provide added charm. With six comfortable and tasteful bedrooms, this well-appointed vacation home is perfect for family gatherings, reunions, getting together with friends and for executive retreats.
A recent guest described entering Yellowdog as follows;
"On the left wall there is an elegant travertine wrapped, raised hearth gas fireplace. Beyond that stands a gorgeous 7' tall antique styled armoire that houses a 36" flatscreen TV, DVD, CD and audio system, all hidden from view until the double, fold back doors are opened. On the immediate right is any Gourmet chef's delight, an exquisite kitchen, equipped with every appliance and convenience. In front of the kitchen, separated by a travertine tile topped island with barstool seating is the dining area with a chandelier and expandable wood dining table.
From the wall on the left to past the dining table on the right, the entire Oceanside of the house from floor to ceiling is either windows or glass doors.
The view "will knock your socks off", your eyes will open a little wider, your heart will beat somewhat faster and your jaw will drop possibly with a noise escaping from your throat as you imagine the next week of having this view to enjoy every day."
