The living room includes a queen size sofa bed (cm. 130 x 190, 4ft 26in X 6ft 23in), a single sofa bed (cm 80x190, 2ft 62in X 6ft 23in) table, TV set and large fully equipped kitchenette (dishes, cutlery, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, microwave).
Bedroom with letto matrimoniale (cm. 160X190, larger than an American queen size but smaller than a king: 5ft 25in X 6ft 23in) and an antique wardrobe.
Bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.
The bedroom is very quiet for light sleepers (windows view on an internal court). For whom sleeping in the living room, I would recommend to keep the double glazed windows shutted, especially on Fridays and Saturdays.
