Welcome to our beautiful holiday apartment at Roda Golf and Beach Resort in Murcia, Costa Calida, Spain. This superb new resort just a few minutes drive from beautiful beaches, is an ideal choice for family holidays, golfers and anyone looking for a relaxing break in luxurious, yet convenient surroundings.
Our first floor apartment is in a perfect position overlooking the delightful pool and gardens. Its spacious, south-facing terrace is a secluded place to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The apartment is child-friendly and is accessed by stairs or lift; it has air conditioning for when the Spanish weather is hot and heating for those cooler days. The comfortable, modern accommodation has a living/dining area leading to spacious terrace, well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms. The master bedroom has 2 single beds which zip together to make Queensize.
Just a few minutes walk will take you to the 18 hole, Par 72 golf course, managed by the prestigious DeVere Group and designed by Dave Thomas, one of Europe’s most sought after course architects. The superb new Clubhouse has stunning views over the golf course and is the perfect place to unwind and watch the spectacular sunset. The Beach Club, situated on the tip of La Manga spit and is a real treat. Relax by the stunning swimming pool and jacuzzi or enjoy the seaview from the restaurant.
The 5 star Roda Golf & Beach Resort is managed by DeVere, the same company that manages the Belfry in the UK. It is a barrier controlled complex with 24hr surveillance and security patrols. Low level Andalucian style homes flank the golf course and attractive pedestrianised walkways meander through the development to minimize the need for a car on site. The resort has stunning scenery and lush gardens. Just a few minutes drive from our apartment is seaside town of Los Alcazares and the beautiful clear waters of the Mar Menor. Close by is a huge selection of bars and restaurants as well as a host of other activites, it's a great place to be, whether you play golf or not.

Los Acazares (pronounced "los - alcatha - res") is situated in the Murcia region of south - eastern Spain, also known as the Costa Calida. The town sits on the western shore of the Mar Menor, a saltwater lagoon separated from the Mediterranean sea by a 22km long strip of land called La Manga del Mar Menor. At Los Alcazares you will find a huge variety of shops, bars and restaurants. The beautiful blue flag beaches are only 3km away and there are many other beaches of the Mar Menor locally to visit.
The region of Murcia enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine each year. The Costa Calida literally means "the warm coast" and the perfect climate has average annual temperatures of 21 degrees and Spain's mildest winters. The World Health Organisation has recognised this area has one of the healthiest climates in the world.
Other activities include windsurfing, sailing, cycling and horse riding; numerous golf courses within easy reach. Murcia and Cartegena, 30-40 minutes drive away are full of history and retain a true Spanish feel.
