This recently restored apartment, very bright and with a nice view on a typical Venetian channel, is at the 2nd floor of an elegant building located in one of the still original areas of Venice, few minutes walking from the “Zattere” seashore and one minute from the 7th century church of Sant’Angelo Raffaele.
The apartment is composed by an elegant and bright living room, facing a typical channel, a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, electrical oven, 4 gas hobs, fridge and freezer) and a dining room with a table which can host up to six people. This apartment can sleep up to five people thanks to a double bedroom, a twins bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine.

Sestiere Dorsoduro, few minutes from the nice walking Zattere, not far from Ponte dell’Accademia. A quiet, sunny and peaceful area, offering to the guest elegant art galleries, museums and coffee shops… in this area our guest could enjoy a nice walking eating an ice cream on the Zattere seashore or a visit to the Peggy Guggenhein collection and to the Accademia museum, or to the “squero di San Trovaso”, the last still working Gondola's yard in Venice. Crossing the Accademia bridge it is possible to reach San Mark’ square in about 15 minutes.
