WALKING
The hills and cliffs of North West Donegal are still relatively unfrequented and little restraint is put on walkers. There are walks to suit all ages and interests. The Sunday afternoon will find stunning unspoiled beaches, forest walks, quiet country roadsand a wealth of historical sites to explore. The more energetic walker will discover the more inaccessible spots; the dramatic cliff walks, the remote hills, glens and lakes which the driver misses. If bad weather prevails then indoor leisure facilities are available in the hotel.
SURFING
Kevin Tobin has recently set up the Dooey Surfing School. An opportunity for children and adults alike to try out this healthy low impact sport on the majestic Dooey Strand.
