Property description
Beautiful villa with private heated pool. The property is fully fenced for complete privacy. Why rent a condo when you can have a lovely private home with its own pool. Also don't waste precious vacation time driving miles to get to the parks, we are only 5 miles from Disney, some homes on Highway 27 and others require a long tiring drive, your vacation time is precious, do not waste it.
The whole house has recently been re-carpeted and we constantly improve and upgrade it.
There is a well-furnished lounge with comfortable sofas and chairs, lamps and coffee and side tables. A large TV with DVD player is also provided. There is also a dining area and the kitchen is very well equipped and has a lovely breakfasting nook in the bay window.
There are three bedrooms. The master has a 6ft King size bed, en-suite bathroom with twin vanities and a walk-in closet. It also has TV with video and DVD player and a comfortable chair for those quiet moments away from everyone else. The double bedroom has a 5ft Queen bed and there is also a twin bedroom. These latter two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and both have TV and DVD player.
Both bathrooms have hairdryers supplied and an ample supply of towels and linen.

The pool is very secluded and is fully screened to protect from the usual bugs.
It sits within a fenced garden area planted out with flowering bushes and young fruit trees. There should be lemons for your drinks plus mandarins, bananas, oranges and grapefruits depending on the time of year. The pool area is furnished with comfortable loungers, dining table and chairs, small side tables and a BBQ for al fresco dining. We have recently extended the deck area to provide even more space for your enjoyment. There is solar heating for the pool, which is free of charge, and electric heating at a weekly cost.
There is a washer and dryer in the garage and this houses a cupboard with ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner etc.
We also provide hairdryers in both bathrooms and all linens and towels including pool towels.
There are supermarkets within a couple of miles and many restuarants close by.
Golf courses are also very close and of course MICKEY MOUSE is really near, only about 5 miles away. All the other attractions are within easy reach including the wonderful outlet malls for the shopaholics.
Other activities include air-boats, mini-golf, helicopter rides, riding and so many others that you will find your vacation passes in a flash. We look forward to welcoming you to our home.
