Property description
Wake up in the mornings to the relaxing sound of the creek and have breakfast on the covered porch or open deck beside a babbling stream. Bear's Den is a private, fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath cedar sided cabin nestled in the woods in the Blue Ridge Mountains of beautiful Western North Carolina. The cabin sits on property with a stream and a creek adjacent to the Nantahala National Forest. It's within easy walking distance to a beautiful waterfall in the woods. Hiking trails are on the property and adjacent properties. The cabin has a master bath off the master bedroom with a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a double bed. The comfortable sofa will sleep 1. An air mattress is available upon request. The cabin sleeps up to 6 people. Linens, pillows and blankets are provided. You have local telephone service.
The kitchen is complete with microwave, stove, refrigerator w/ice maker, coffee maker and etc. All you need for cooking and dining is provided. A cookbook is even provided.
There is a stone, gas log fireplace for cold days and an AC for days when it gets hot.
In the front, Bear's Den has a full width wrap-around covered porch with rockers and table and chairs for eating outside and a open deck on the side with gas grill.

Rates details: A 3-day minimum stay is requested. The weekly rate (7 nights) is $500. and $550. in October. A $100 refundable security/damage deposit is required upon making reservation; non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of arrival day or damage occurs during stay. Checkout time at noon on last day of stay.
