Among the green hills of Umbria, in the heart of the historic centre of Bettona village, in an ancient small building recently renovated, it’s possible to spend a peaceful holiday time in “Casa Foresti”.
The comfortable apartment, that can host up to 5 people, will be a place that will make your stay pleasant ensuring you moments of rest and relax between a visit and the other as well as precious historic/cultural jewels which Umbria is rich, of both the well-known cities and the “minor” centres.
Bettona, indeed, is 16 km far from Assisi, 5 km from Torgiano, 10 km from Deruta, 10 km from Cannara, 17 km from Bevagna, 20 km from Perugia, 22 km from Spello, 26 km from Foligno,
33 km from Todi, 45 km from Trasimeno Lake, 54 km from Spoleto.
Bettona is located in the center of Umbria; the northest city of the region, Città di Castello, is 67 km far, and the southest, Terni, is 73 km.
In one hour of travel by car it’s possible to reach every resort in Umbria.
Once you pass through the gate of Bettona, which looks toward Perugia, and cross Trasimeno square, overlooked by the old Santa Caterina convent, you reach Via Montelauro, the entrance gate of Casa Foresti where is situated.
In this way you reach, through the private garden placed on the ancient walls, the characteristic and typical apartment, destination of your stay.
The ground floor house, with private entrance, has 2 double room, a large living room with sofabed, panoramic dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a toilet service, private garden and a terrace walls.
The dotation includes bed and bath linen, kitchen equipment (saucepans, plates, glasses, knives, forks, spoons, avon, frigo) and what else can be useful for an independent and complete use
of the house. TV Sat and Internet are available to guests.
On the terrace it’s possibile to sunbathe, to eat, spend relaxing moments immersed in the quiet of the village.

Terms and conditions of booking and payment
With the reservation is required the payment of 30% of the total amount of your stay by bank transfer or postal order.
Deposit on arrival to departure with a refund if no damage was caused: 100,00 Euro.
Cancellation policy
no fee if the cancellation is 60 days before arrival
30% of the total holiday cost if the cancellation occurs between 59 and 30 days before arrival
50% of the total holiday cost if the cancellation occurs between 29 to 10 days before arrival
100% of the total holiday cost if the cancellation occurs 9 days before arrival

How to get to Bettona
By car
From Nort: ( A1 Florence-Rome ) exit Valdichiana, continue on the E45 in direction of Perugia, exit Torgiano. At the lights of Torgiano follow the indications for Bettona, and then Centro direction signs.
From South: ( A1 Rome-Florence) exit Orte, continue on the E45 in direction of Perugia, exit Torgiano. At the lights keep on in direction of Bettona, and then follow Centro direction signs

with the Foligno-Terontola line
at Perugia (Km. 20) or Assisi (Km. 15) stations
