Rates details: Based on a 3 night min rates are $99 week nites ** $115 weekends fri & sat nites. == shorter stays are welcome with a 2 day min , rates are 10% highter. ** Save for Only $550 for a 1 week (7 days) stay (WOW). *** We require a $150 Reservation confirmation Deposit , can be a personal check or money/order mailed to us and the remaining balance can be paid when you check in (cash only please for we do not take credit cards). *** Also at check in we have a REFUNDABE Damage Deposit of $50 cash that will be returned to you when you CHECK-OUT, w/no damages done or extra cleaning to be done.

Very Very clean and nice. Just started Renting out to Vacationers or overniters. The newly done 1200 sq ft - 2 Bedrooms * 2 Full Bathrooms * Living Room * Kitchen *** Can sleep up to 6 or 7 persons - 1 Queen in Master Bedroom w/bath * 2 singles in 2nd Bedroom * a Queen Pull out Hid-a-bed Sofa in Living Room * A single Roll-a-Way bed avail for a small fee. ** Quality Bedding and Towels furnished - Cookware & Dishware Furnished * Dishwasher * Cloth Washer and Dryer * Iron & Board * Hair Dryer * dish satellite TV network with (3 )three TV's each with DVD & VCR players - CD & Casette player * Radios with alarm clocks * Patio Furniture - 1 Gas BBQ & 1 Elect BBQ - Private HOT TUB, (FREE WIRELESS INTERNET Service) ** This wonderful Rental is the lower level (Daylight Basement) of our 5 year old Personal Retirement Home with it's Own Private - Enterance - Driveway - and Parking Area (plenty of roon to park any toys, Boat Quads, or whatever, (For Fall Hunters there is plenty of room to hang your game).*** Also avail are 2 RV Hook-Ups with Sewer.
