We have been providing private furnished apartments by owner since 1998.
Affordable accommodations that offer more space, privacy, flexibility, and cost savings compared to conventional hotel accommodations.
Features and Description of Apartments:
You will appreciate spacious newly renovated decorated Apartments that are more than double and triple in size than typical 350 square feet hotel rooms. We offer decorated one, two and three bedroom options with fully equipped kitchens, as well as spacious separate living room and formal dining rooms seating eight - ideal for holding informal business meetings, entertaining or family reunions.
Each apartment has individual controlled air conditioning and heating with the option to open windows for fresh air.
Gourmet Kitchens:
Fully equipped gourmet kitchens with double sink, not galley or kitchenette, in every Suite featuring full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, tea kettle and coffee maker as well as can opener, bottle opener, dinnerware, cookware, bake ware, silverware, serving ware, tea set, china, assorted glassware including wine glasses, numerous kitchen utensils and kitchen linens. Not just the basics - extra large roaster, rice cooker, mixer, and blender are also available. A real working kitchen with superior features like filtered drinking water.
Bedrooms:
Tastefully decorated bedrooms featuring luxurious name brand queen and double size beds, premium quality pillows, luxurious feather & down duvets, hypo allergenic blankets and high quality bedding.
Additional pull out cots (single) and Twin airbeds with motor are available for additional guests. Baby crib, playpen and highchair are also available.
Living Room:
Every Suite contains a double pull out sofa bed or very comfortable European designed pull out double bed in the large living room.
Standard in every apartment is a Remote Control 29" Screen TV with DVD player. Some apartments also have new 32" or 40" Flat Panel LCD HDTV provided. DVD, VCR, Stereo entertainment centre includes CD player.
We also provide FREE 500+ Channel Satellite TV/Radio - includes 'HBO - The Movie Network', your own private phone number with free local phone calls as well as unlimited wireless Hi-speed (10.0Mbps) Internet.
