Property description
This delightful 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom villa sleeping 8 maximum is situated in an enviable location, being in a quiet residential street yet minutes walk from beaches and the world famous port of Puerto Banus, beaches and many local amenities.
With 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms, 2 en-suites & one main bathroom, a SAUNA for 6, FULL AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING, a HEATED salt water PRIVATE POOL, PRIVATE PARKING, absolutely fabulous views and every local amenity you would need for a perfect holiday, this villa truly “has it all”.
Many visitors have already returned to this villa several times, as it really is a “home from home” where you have all the entertainment on your doorstep if you want it, or, if you want to just “chill out” – a perfect place to relax - and later to “go out and play” in the fabulous night life of Puerto Banus.
Being on one level this villa is suitable for everyone - children, the elderly or disabled included!
Through the front door and mirrored hallway you enter the spacious open – plan lounge and dining room which features SATELITE TV, an open FIRE place with feature stove effect fire as an option, a SAFE, DVD and video player, selection of videos and DVDs, games and toys for children, a music system, cream leather corner suite, cream sofa bed, black stools with fur trim, silver mirrors, designer glass coffee table, black and chrome dining table and chairs (8) and a mirrored cream cabinet packed with local info, brochures, excursion details and maps.
The three bedrooms are all double, one with twin beds – 2 additional persons are allowed to stay on fold up beds provided or on the sofa bed in the lounge, making a maximum of 8 guests at any one time.
Open plan to the lounge / diner is the large kitchen with further dining at the breakfast area which overlooks the pool and garden. The bright and spacious kitchen / diner has all the mod cons you would expect in your own home including dishwasher / microwave / Toaster / kettle / oven / hob / pans / iron / ironing board / extractor / plenty of cupboard space and a complete range of glass and crockery wear for the barbeque or entertaining. There is also a feature American fridge freezer, breakfast bar and bar stools.
The MASTER bedroom (below) has a QUEEN size FOUR POSTER bed, antique dresser, Satellite TV, DVD & video player, tons of fitted wardrobes & an ensuite bathroom (below) with SAUNA, Jacuzzi bath, power shower, WC, sink & bidet, all with pine trim to match the sauna.
The second bedroom (above) has Black lacquer Japanese furniture, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with a “state of the art” walk in shower (complete with music!), bidet, sink and WC (below).
The main bathroom (below right) has bath & power shower / sink with mahogany furniture / WC / bidet, chrome fittings and 2 built in cupboards - one with washing machine.
The third bedroom (below) has twin beds, wardrobe, music system, bedside cabinets and matching dressing table, mirror and special children’s night light feature with a unicorn painting.
From either the kitchen, master bedroom or lounge you an access the garden and pool, where you will find the huge sun terrace, exotic plants, sun beds, barbeque, outside dining area, outside lounge area,.
The upstairs onto the enormous roof terrace you can see the whole valley before you which lights up early evening and dissolves with the most glorious sunsets. Up here there is another lounge area, dining furniture, a barbeque, fountain, more sun beds, and sun truly from dawn till the last rays at dusk!
The RETREAT is an all - year getaway – with a HEATED pool, on a SALT WATER system (no more chlorine damage to hair and skin!), private garden and parking, outside lounge area, two inside dining areas and a large open plan lounge. Sun beds, dining furniture and barbeques are provided both around the pool and on the enormous upper terrace with water feature and the most spectacular views and sunsets. All amenities you could possibly need are within walking distance, as are beaches & Puerto Banus.

> The villa is available all year round.
> The villa usually sleeps 6 but can accommodate 8 with 1 extra fold – up bed and a sofa bed in bedroom 2, or by using the large double sofa bed in the lounge – please advise which you would prefer.
> Linen & bath (not beach) towels are provided
> Cleaning is included in the price prior to arrival, on departure and every 7 days.
> Additional cleaning or child-minding can be pre-arranged at a rate of 15 Euros per hour.
> Travel cots and high chairs are available on request for which there is no charge
> A welcome pack is provided on request for any booking of 7 nights or more.
> Bookings are minimum of 7 days peak months and negotiable off peak months
> Changeover day is negotiable but normally weekends during peak months
> A 50% deposit is required at point of booking and the balance payable on arrival.
> A key / security deposit of £ 200 is required on arrival and is returned on departure.

PUERTO BANUS
For those of you who have never visited Puerto Banus before, you are in for an absolute treat! Those of you who have been before will already know you are coming back to the most “happening” resort in the Costa del Sol.
Puerto Banus is unique – based around a harbour filled with speed boats to enormous luxury yachts with cars to match and packed full of designer shops, bars, restaurants, cinemas, market stalls, department stores, and the most spectacular array of trendy, jet setting people – it’s no wonder Puerto Banus has been a playground to the rich and famous for decades!
The beaches of Puerto Banus feature are part of a fabulous stretch of golden sandy beaches known as the “Golden Mile” where you will find water sports, lots of chiringitoes (beach restaurants), chill out beach bars, golden sands and views out to Gibraltar and even Africa. To top it off - Puerto Banus is surrounded by many of the best golf courses, marine, aqua and safari parks and beaches in the whole of Spain.
Puerto Banus is located just west of Marbella, before you reach the small town of San Pedro de Alcantara. This is the place to be pampered yacht side and ogle those fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars. The setting is close to ideal, with its impressive mountain backdrop and ocean views.
Since its inception some forty years ago, the port has steadily grown and now features a casino, commercial shopping centre, a Corte Ingles department store, marine observatory and a multi cinema with films shown with their original soundtrack.
Nightlife buzzes at Puerto Banus with your choice of alfresco bars, piano clubs and discos while during the day this is a window shopper’s dream with several of the world renowned fashions houses featured here, in addition to small, interesting shops and boutiques.
If you really want to have a bird’s eye view of the port’s magnificent position, then regular boat trips are the ideal solution and available on a regular basis from the central promenade. The beach adjacent to Puerto Banus holds a European blue flag.
Every Saturday morning at Puerto Banus by the bullring is a very popular street market where you can pick up all sorts of bargains.
