Property description
A beautiful two bedroom apartment in Leisure Bay (Milnerton Lagoon Site on the beach). It has lovely views of Table Mountain Robben Island and the sea from both the main bedroom and the lounge. It has an open-plan kitchen with a patio off the lounge & bedroom. It is in an upmarket complex and is situated right on the beach. It has a main bathroom with bath and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
It is fully equipped with fridge, stove, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, TV etc as well as linen and towels. There is also a safe and a phone in the apartment.
There are 2 swimming pools.
In the complex is a Beach Bistro/Restaurant and mini cocktail bar which opens out onto the swimming pool terrace over-looking Table Bay and offers full South African breakfasts and light meals throughout the day. There is also an a la carte dinner menu.

Additional information
There is actually a 4 star hotel in the complex which is extremely convenient. You are allowed to use the restaurant (obviously at your cost) and the swimming pool area is for the use of the hotel guests and privately owned suites (belong to the whole complex – everyone can use it).
However the privately owned apartments are not serviced by the hotel. I have contracted out to a professional cleaning service that services the apartment once a week inclusive of a fresh linen change which is included in the rate.
The complex has full access controlled security with roaming security guards on a 24 hour bases.
Conveniently located. Distance by car:
• 10 mins to Victoria & Alfred Waterfront
• 8 mins to Ratanga Junction (Theme Park)
• 10 mins to Canal Walk (shopping mall) which straddles almost 1 km of canals with Discover Island at one end a 16ha conservation wetland. The wetland which includes an aviary is full encircled by water
• 10 mins to Health & Racquet Club
• 15 mins to Grandwest Casino & Entertainment Centre
• 20 Mins to Cape Town International Airport
• 40 mins to Winelands
• Within walking distance to the Milnerton Golf Club approx half a mile)

There is a shuttle service to the V&A Waterfront close by. It operates daily from 10am to 10pm leaving every 2 hours at a cost of approx R50.
There is an Internet terminal setup in the hotel area (WI if – wireless) which you can use if you have a laptop with you or otherwise there are computers which you can make use of at the following rates. R30 for 30 mins. R50 for 1 hour and R90 for 2 hours – internet rate can change without notice.
