Property description
Located in Golden, Colorado - 15 min to metro Denver, 20 min to Boulder, 10 min to Evergreen, Ski areas are 1 hour, 5 min walk (5 blocks) to restaurants, shops, bars, Coors brewery tour, museums, Clear Creek kayak park (or tube down the river), hiking and mountain biking trails right outside your door.
Our place is in a charming building of storybook stone and brick. It is one bedroom with a Queen size bed. We have an air mattress and extra linens available if you have more than 2 people. The kitchen has a gas stove and comes equipped. We have a LCD 47in flat screen TV with HD Direct TV and DVR recorder, plus high speed wireless Internet. There is plenty of parking and laundry onsite. We have a nice patio area with BBQ and two yards with lots of flowers and a seasonal veggie garden (maintained by our neighbor).
