Welcome to Blueberry Manor, a handsome Greek revival inn surrounded by magnificent gardens and stately sugar maples in the heart of Cape Cod. Open year round, its mid-Cape location in historic Route 6A in Yarmouth Port, on the Cape's quieter north side is convenient to all attractions and activities.
Recent renovations have restored the original elegance and grace of this grand home and added some of the creature comforts unknown to the sea captains who lived here. Four large rooms in relaxing colors are appointed with Queen beds, 100% cotton linens and quilts, oriental carpets, antiques, fine art, and CD/clock radios. Each room has its own, new private bath with shower and some with tubs. Both ceiling fans and air conditioners in every room allow for the perfect sleeping climate.
Guest service includes an "insider's view" of the "must-see" attractions of Cape Cod; and sumptuous breakfasts prepared from our own organic home-grown vegetables and berries. We are happy to work with you to accommodate dietary considerations including food allergies, Atkins and South Beach programs and vegetarian preferences. We are one of a few B&B's on the Cape to welcome well-supervised children, and will provide age-appropriate breakfasts for them.

Cancellation
An administrative fee of $15 will be charged. Two weeks' notice is required to cancel or ammend reservation with full refund. With less notice, guest will be held responsible to pay for any reserved room nights not resold.

Our Great Room offers a place to enjoy TV/DVDs and videos, play piano, listen to music, play chess and solve puzzles, or page through our library of picture books--beside a roaring fire in chilly months.
