Highwoods has been developed to nurture your spirit and provide everything you will need for the ultimate relaxing retreat. The floor plan is ideal for a romantic getaway, a family reunion, or a tranquil retreat for groups up to eight.
We want you to feel that this is truly YOUR mountain vacation home, here in the heart of the Blue Ridge! Most of our guests do feel exactly that way. Rates details: Rate vary according to season and length of stay. Generally we have a 3-night to one week minimum.
Off season: Jan thru Mar $500/2-nt, $1300/wkly
Shoulder seasons: (except holidays)$875/3-nt, $1650/wkly
High season: late Sept thru early Nov $975/3-nt, $1800/wkly
PLUS: pet fee when applicable, $100 cleaning fee, and NC sales tax (6.75%)

Sleeping arrangements (all beds have luxury mattresses you will simply melt into):
The master bedroom with king size bed, located in the loft, is flanked by two full baths (his and hers), each with skylights, one has a tub complete with a lovely stained glass window, and the other a shower. There's plenty of closet space and drawers. The view from the bed, especially in the early morning hours can be spectacular.
The bedroom with 2 singles (a trundle bed) is on the main floor. It is set up for children, but adults will be comfortable too.
On the lower level is a small and intimate suite with a full bath, a separate bedroom (queen bed), and a small sitting area with a small TV and futon.
The library/office, on the main level, is a separate room with closet and another futon.
