La Era is an exclusive country villa with character and a special charm for those travelers - families or professionals looking for a special place for reunions - looking to find peace, privacy, tranquility and a perfect holiday/working accommodation.
Built in two levels, La Era has a a very comfortable and airy interior, combining a mixture of styles that run from the classic to the rustic. All the rooms are laid out lineally providing excellent views. La Era has a dining room, terrace – to be used for breakfast and dinners - and a comfortable sitting room. The nine bedrooms - 6 doubles and 3 twins - are each decorated in different styles making them unique in order to offer not only comfort but an unforgettable stay. Every room, named after the nine white towns which form part of the Community of Sierra de las Nieves, displays original oil paintings and engravings that together with the furnishings denote the care placed in the decoration.

Rates details: Included maid service on weekly basis: Twice a week.
On weekend and midweek maid will be provided if required by client. Cost of 10,00 € per hour.
Supermarket shopping before arrival available if required.
Changeover day: Flexible. Entrance after 5:00 pm & departure before 10:00 am.
Weekends: entrance: Friday after 4:00 pm & departure: Sundays before 10:00 am.
750,00 € in cash is required at the entrance as a Security deposit.(900,00€ if with 4 or more children). The S. deposit shall be returned within two weeks of departure by a bank transfer
The cost of the air conditioning and central heating & dryer will be charge additionally.
# Booking: A deposit of 50% of the total stay is required to confirm a booking: This amount shall be paid by Banking transference - please note that transfers must be net of all bank charges. The remainder amount will be paid in cash at arrival at the villa.
Cancellation policy: For cancellations of more than one month in advance there will a charge of 50%. Up to one month will charge an additional 25%.
# Weekly special rates in low season : Up to 14 persons (7 bedrooms).. 10 % discount“on”given prices. Up to 16 persons. (8 bedrooms) 5% discount “on” given prices.

Available to the guests are nine double rooms; each decorated in a different style making them unique in order to offer not only comfort but an unforgettable and distinct stay on each visit. Every room, named after the nine white towns which form part of the Community of Sierra de las Nieves, displays original oil paintings and engravings that together with the furnishing denotes the care placed in decorating each.
All of the rooms provide a full luxury bath with additional accesories such as magnifying mirror or hair dryer which make the daily toilette a pleasure, individualized air conditioning and heating, safe, and terrace or balcony with spectacular views.
