Property description
We are located on the South shore of Kauai ( Poipu area ) We have a fully equipped kitchen + large lanai ( with view of ocean ). We maintain a DVD Movie Library, Game library, Book library and Hawaiian music CD Library all for your use on the times you want to stay in. Come to relax or engage yourself with an abundance of nearby activities. Our Condo is one the many in the Prince Kuhio resort. The complex has a plush floral & tropical gardens +large pool and BBQ area. There are many beaches within a 1-5minute walk or short 5minute car ride. Our complex has a on site manager who is available 24/7. We have a front parking lot ( approx 12-15 cars ) + a large covered parking lot. The complex has a large laundry roon.

Rates details: Regular rate is $125 per night, unless staying 7 nights or more then the rate becomes $107 for each night - Dec 15 -Jan 5 the rates are $150 per night regardless of length of stay. All rentals carry the 13.42% Hawaii tax. We also require a $90 Cleaning fee & $35 registration fee ( negotiable for stays over 7 nights )

There are several beaches within a 1-5 minute walk, also Poipu Beach park & Brenneckes Beach areboth a short 5 minute car ride away. Don't forget to visit Spouting Horn. Golf, hiking, tubing,etc.. all close by
