Property description
Palm apartment (1st floor) is part of Joe and Marietta's holiday villa in Calangute, Goa (India). Our apartment is about 5 minutes scooter ride (1 km) from Calangute beach and about 3 minutes from Calangute main market.
Palm has 3 bedrooms plus a hall:
*One bedroom with split AC, double bed, attached toilet/bath and verandah. Also has cupboard and space for two mattresses on the floor.
*2nd bedroom with split AC, double bed and cupboard. Has space for one mattress on floor.
*3rd bedroom (non AC) with 4 single beds and ceiling fan.
*Hall (non AC) with ceiling fan, 2 single beds, TV, sofa, dining table. The 2nd toilet is accessible from the hall. Both bathrooms have hot water geyser.
We do housekeeping daily; cleanliness is our top priority.
Laundry is not allowed in the apartment. We do laundry at below market rates.

Rates details: Tariff (USD 54) given is for 3 couples (6 persons) at the rate of USD 18 (approx Indian Rs 800) per couple per bedroom per night. Every additional person will be charged USD 6 (approx Rs 300) per night. So for 12 guests, the tariff would be USD 92/night.
We may give discounts if the number of guests are more and if the stay is longer. Rates vary according to season.
