Property description
Gunluk house the upper floor of a privately owned house situated in an authentic Turkish village(owner lives downstairs)There are private gardens and the property is not on a complex.There are 2 balconys where you can watch the world go by or have a bbq in the garden.House is located in the village of Gunlukbasi close to Calis beach 5 mins by bus
The local shop is only 30 secs and supermarkets are 5 mins walk as well as traditional Turkish restaurants which serve authentic inexpensive food.
The house itself has 3 spacious bedrooms comfortably furnished with plenty of storage space,a king size bed,double bed and 2 singles.There is a large shower room with washing machine next door.The kitchen has all equipment you would need and there is plenty of room,the living room leads from the kitchen where there is a sofa bed and dining room table.All rooms have air -conditioning.
Although no pool you can use the hotels across the road if you fancy a swim.

In Calis beach which is 5 mins away by bus you will find a range of shops bars and resaurants to suit all tastes.The beach always has a cooling breeze you may also dolphins and turtles.
Fethiye is 15 mins away by bus it has an ampitheatre Lycian tombs and museum.There is a large harbour area with a long walk way.A large range of shops,restaurants and bars there is also a fish market where you can buy the fish and have it cooked at your table.
Olu deniz the world famous blue lagoon is close by if you want to swim in its turquoise waters.
There are many historic sites to see close by Xanthos,Letoon,Kaya abandoned Greek town or take at trip to world famous Efesus.
If you like sports there is a hugh variety wind surfing,horse riding,walking,paragliding and more.
A frequent dolmus bus service is 5 mins from the house they run from 7am to midnight to Fethiye and Calis.
