Additional information

One doesn't have to leave the property to enjoy a network of hiking and cross country ski trails throughout the 80 acres of hills, fields and forested land. Stone walls lace the wooded areas reminding us of the legacy left behind from the Quaker farmers. The property is a wildlife sanctuary, posted for no hunting and abounds with wildlife, including turkey, deer, partridge, fox, rabbit, beaver and a variety of birds and wildfowl in the wetlands on the lower end of the property. There are mountain views in the back of the house as well as flower, raspberry, grape, and herb gardens on the premises.
