Property description
Well appointed luxury studio apartment with private terrace, barbeque and lovely island views...
Brand new for 2010, this apartment is very well presented and offers a high standard of accommodation for a couple or a family of three.
A large terrace offers great views across the island, and there is a built in barbeque at one end.
The studio is accessed through a traditional stone arch with comfortable seating. Although this area is not completely enclosed, it doubles as an extra living space and makes the apartment feel very spacious.
Inside the studio is of a good size, with a comfortable double bed, large television, air conditioning and another seating area. There are no bedrooms in the studio.
A kitchenette means you can self cater, and the bathroom is modern and spacious.
The studio is in a quiet part of town, close to 4 Corners, and with easy access to Kamini and Baby beach.
Please note the owners have a dog, and if you are particularly nervous of dogs this might not be the place for you. He is big and fluffy and friendly.

Additional information
The island of Hydra is a quiet paradise.
The large village of Hydra is nestled around the port in the form of a natural amphitheatre. Layers of tiled roofs gradually climb the hills around the bay so each house has a stunning view and each can be seen.
The island attracts a discerning population who enjoy the narrow white washed streets and the excellent cuisine.
Small designer jewellery shops jostle with cafes on the water front and galleries and designer clothes shops are hidden in unexpected corners.
But the most unique aspect of Hydra is that there are no cars, no motorbikes and no buses. The only form of transport is donkey and so the pace of life on Hydra has slowed down to a relaxing dreamy level.
It is so tranquil and peaceful that it is almost surprising to find the nightlife that sparkles around the port in the evening.
Large and small boats search for berths in the port at the weekend and the comings and goings and tangling of anchors provide the onlooker with plenty of amusement.
