All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 8.25% and General Excise Tax 4.166%. The State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax will increase to 9.25% for any occupancy starting on or after July 1, 2010.

There is no need to spend extra money to rent a cabana to be guaranteed some quiet space or sun shade. There are plenty of sun umbrellas, lounge chairs, and shaded areas at both swimming pools for all guests to enjoy on a no-charge basis. In fact, the friendly pool attendants will set up your lounge chair on Wailea Beach as requested. Towel and water service is also available pool-side. In contrast to other nearby resorts, the Wailea Beach Villas are never crowded or excessively noisy. It's an oasis of tropical splendor in the heart of Wailea Resort.

Facing the ocean, floor to ceiling solid glass and screen doors fully retract into hidden pockets, creating a complete open-air living experience, when not enjoying the central air conditioning with individual room controls. Our favorite features are the lofty ceilings, honed marble floors, spacious floor plan, onyx, granite and mahogany finishes, imported leather and Italian furnishings, luxurious Hotel Collection cotton bath and bed linens, 21 inch deep ultra-plush pillow-top dream beds, exceptional electronics with premium television channels, and a fully equipped office nook.
The gourmet kitchen was custom organized by a renowned Private Chef and is supremely well equipped with a generous array of professional cooking supplies.
