Property description
Located 18 miles north of Hot Springs just outside the Ouachita National Forest, this 8 room inn sits on 9 forested acres on Arkansas' Scenic Byway 7. It was designed, built and furnished by experienced B&B travelers with the amenities the modern traveler needs, and the charm that is the hallmark of a Bed & Breakfast Inn.
Accommodations feature King or Queen size beds, double pillow top mattresses, 100% down pillows, 310 count Pima cotton sheets, and Egyptian cotton towels. Each room has a private bath, ample reading light, thermostat and ceiling fan. Some rooms have fireplaces and whirlpool tubs. A sumptuous 2-course breakfast often makes lunch unnecessary. Afternoon snacks are served in the guest kitchen where a refrigerator, ice machine, coffee and a variety of teas and sodas are always available. The common room has a fireplace and TV/VCR along with a wide selection of books, games and movies. The wraparound porch has a swing, glider, rockers, and tables and chairs. Hammocks and a fire pit for chilly evenings are located on the grounds. TV/VCR and phone may be furnished in room on request.

The Hot Springs historic district is home to Bath House Row. The bath houses lining Central Avenue date to the early part of the 20th century when the area was a major attraction for its natural hot springs baths and spas. Today, Hot Springs is home to a growing arts district and to the renown annual Documentary Film Festival. Nearby is Lake Ouachita, purportedly the cleanest lake in the US.
