This beautiful, solid built villa was finished in 2001 and faces on a 1.000 sqm canal plot. Its furnishing is very tasteful with furniture of Tommy Bahama and the house is of course fully air-conditioned plus fans in all rooms. The villa really leaves nothing to be desired and it offers enough space for seven persons.

From the comfortable couch consisting of a three and a two-piece sofa plus easy chair and thanks to the panorama sliding doors you have a great view to the pool and the canal which is illuminated by night. In the dining area you will find a round table with four chairs. And in the living room we have a cable TV set as well as a stereo device with CD-player.

Kitchen and Utillityroom:
The generously equipped kitchen is open towards living and dining area. The core of the kitchen and the living / dining area is the inviting counter with four high stools - what a cosy place for a quick snack or a drink.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you ask from a modern household:
dish washer, oven, ceran stove with cooker hood, micro wave, double door fridge with integrated water and ice-cube maker, coffee machine and toaster. We have sufficient glasses, cutlery, dishes and everything else you need in the kitchen for seven persons.
Next to the kitchen is our utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron plus ironing board.
Terrace or Breakfast Corner:
Start your day with a breakfast at the cosy table with a setting for four and enjoy the view to the pool and the broad canal.
Bed- and Bathroom:
In our master bedroom we have a kingsize bed and night tables as well as adjacent wardrobe. We also have a cable TV set in here. Next door is a big bathroom with two sinks, shower, bath tube and separate toilet. The second bedroom has king and the third bedroom a queensize bed, two night tables and a big wardrobe.
All bedrooms supply sufficient bed linen. For the two smaller bedrooms we also have a bathroom with shower, sinkl and toilet.
In all bathrooms you will find enough hand and beach towels as well as a hair dryer.
The next room is equipped with an extremely comfortable sleep couch for one person there is also a desk with computer.
In order to keep in touch with your loved ones at home you have there telephone and fax at your disposal. Or you just send an e-mail from the villa's PC, for using the internet is free of charge.
