NOTE: A $200.00 Reservation Deposit is required for each week you will be staying at My Paradise Home. Paid either by personal check or credit card @PayPal.com. A $200.00 Security/Damage Deposit is required with full payment. At least one person being responsible for damages must be 30 years of age or more. If all persons in party are 25 thru 30 of age then an additional $300.00 Security/Damage Deposit is required with full payment. Rates are based on a four-person occupancy. All accounts payable in U.S. funds. Payment in Full is due 40 days prior to arrival. Accommodations are professional cleaned prior to check-in, then again after you check-out. Reservation Deposit is refundable, less administrative charge of $100.00, provided written cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation made after the time period allowed, will be subject to loss of deposit and payment of accommodation period unless we are able to replace your reservation for the full term. This includes not choosing staying at your rented property after you check-in at arrival or any period thereafter. The Security/Damage Deposit will be returned within 4 weeks from departure, provided there is no damage to the property on your behalf. No RV's, boats, and/or trailers permitted on the property unless authorized by owner/Dennis.

It was very roomy and comfortable... We were pleasantly surprised to see that the house was so well maintained... We spent many hours on your deck. The breeze was always blowing and it felt great just relaxing... The beds were unbelievably comfortable as I have a bad back... My back actually felt better after our stay at your home... We found everything to be spotless, and the house looks very nice being painted in all the pastel sea-shell colours... The refrigerator and freezer were very clean and empty... We got most use out of the beautiful kitchen and the super-large counter top... I've never heard a dishwasher that was so whisper-quiet... The brand-new washer/dryer were a true blessing and worked like a charm... My husband asked me to thank you for providing the amazing, fluffy beach towels and the beach chairs which we used every day to go down to the beach... Just thought I'd take a moment to let you know what an amazing time we had staying in your beautiful home in Fort Myers... For one week it felt like our home... I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your beach home last week, what a nice place... Your home was laid out so nice and was perfect for the four of us... And the beach...wonderful... I think one of my favorite parts of the whole week was taking the bikes out for long rides down Estero Blvd and meandering back into the neighborhood, looking at the beautiful flowers and plants, not to mention the homes... You have a wonderful place and I'm very glad we discovered it... Your home was beautiful, and what a fantastic deck... Only steps to the beach, and you had everything there that anyone could possibly need... You are a great landlord...When I had a small problem, the plumber arrived in 10 minutes... I can't believe we got our security deposit back in 1 week... I would not hesitate to recommend your home to anyone... I had a wonderful time at your home on Fort Myers Beach... I couldn't believe how clean and roomy it was... The beds were so comfortable, I had the best sleep ever... The kitchen was so equipped, I didn't need anything... I was a little leery at first to rent something on Estero Blvd. I was afraid it would be noisy. You told me, I would hardly hear anything. You were right. Especially where the bedrooms are located, in the rear of the house, you hear nothing... On other occasions, I have stayed on Fort Myers Beach in condos and hotels. This was by far the most relaxing, private, and enjoyable vacation yet. Renting a vacation home is the only way to go, as far as I'm concerned... I was hesitant to rent something over the Internet, but I'm sure glad I did... Our stay at your vacation rental home was nothing short of a dream come true...
