Property description
Apartment 121 Pavilions at 1770 Resort
One of the rarest places on the east coast of Australia, or indeed the world, where you can see both the sunrise and sunset over the iridescent blue waters.
Relax and enjoy the splendour of this modern fully self-contained 2 bedroom spa apartment with beautiful views over the resort pools out to the sea. Lounge on the large balcony and enjoy a BBQ with the family around the outdoor setting or go for a dip in one of the resort pools. Less than a 2 minute stroll and you are on a long beautiful tranquil beach.
Agnes Water is one of the beautiful, unspoilt beaches that sweep up the coast from Bundaberg. Agnes Water offers a range of activities and holiday ideas - from relaxing at the beach, Four Wheel Driving through rugged coastal national parks, beach and deep sea fishing - to enjoying a soft adventure tour aboard an amphibious LARC vessel. Agnes Water is also one of the closest points on the mainland to the outer Great Barrier Reef.

LOCATION
The Town Of 1770 is a picturesque seaside village surrounded on three sides by the Coral Sea and Bustard Bay which has been referred to as Queenslands answer to
Italys Portofino. 1770 is the closest access point north of Brisbane to the Great Barrier Reef. Historic as the second landing site of Lieutenant James Cook and the crew of the
Endeavour in May 1770, the area is rich in wildlife and natural beauty and offers scenic vistas in every direction.
Agnes Water is the departure point to Lady Musgrave Island.
Situated within easy traveling distance (just over 1 hour) from Gladstone and Bundaberg, 1770s quickest means of access is to fly to either of these hubs, then hire a car and it's a leisurely picturesque drive to the seaside spot. Flights depart daily from all major capital cities connecting to Hervey Bay, Rockhampton, Bundaberg and Gladstone. Plans are afoot to build a commercial airport. That means, to avoid the rush, the time to visit is now. Some might find it convenient to enjoy the comfort of Greyhound buses which travel direct to the town of 1770, Agnes Waters. Others may opt to jump on a train to Bundaberg, Miriam Vale and Gladstone and hire a car from there.
