Relax in privacy and enjoy the ultimate fun family holiday on your own secluded tropical beach.
Fish with the kids off the beach for Dart, Whiting and Salmon. Snorkel or drop a line on the coral reef at the end of the beach for exotic table fish including Coral Trout and Coral Cod.
Hire a pot and try your luck with Mud Crabs in the creek. Beach cricket, lazy beach strolls along the palm-fringed 1.5km beach, before a BBQ on the patio beside the pool, it’s all there to enjoy.
And if you don’t feel like cooking, enjoy breakfast lunch or dinner at the world-renowned Thala Beach Resort 1km up the beach.
Barrier Reef
Port Douglas is the closest port to the wonders of the Great Barrier Reef with boats departing daily for scuba diving, snorkelling or fishing. Dive and Fishing operators can pick you up from the house.
Rainforest
Oak Beach is situated in a World Heritage listed rainforest and close to idyllic rainforest tours of the Mossman Gorge, Daintree and Cape Tribulation. Again, most tour operators will pick you up from the house.
Port Douglas
Fine restaurants, luxury shopping, golf courses, bars and nightclubs are close by in this sophisticated yet casual resort village. A regular shuttle bus service will pick you up from the house when called.
