Property description
Direct Gulf Front with a pool. Welcome to our beach house, where the white sandy beach comes to your back door. Our rental is located directly on the beach at the southern end of Anna Maria Island, in the City of Bradenton Beach. We are in the Historic Overlay District, where you may walk to over a dozen Restaurants and many shops.
Our place is a true charmer. The home was built in 1952 and totally remodeled in 1992. There are 2 units at this house, a 2 bedroom 2 bath and a 2 bedroom 1 bath. Both units are well appointed with all the things you would use at home. If you prefer to cook on your vacation, each unit has a full kitchen with all the utensils.
There are 2 cable televisions a VCR, & a DVD player for those moments when the kids want to watch their show during yours. Both sides have central air, so you control your comfort level.
As you sit on the covered porch that overlooks the beach and Gulf of Mexico, you can get lost in the moment.
Staying at our place you get the feel of old Florida with modern amenities.

You may want to enjoy a walk to Historic Bridge Street with various Shops and Restaurants. Be sure to walk to the end of Bridge Street onto the Bradenton Beach City Pier, where you can fish or watch people fish, or just sit on a large wooden swing and feel the breeze off the bay.
Some of the best restaraunts on the West Coast of Florida are within walking distance: Omas Pizza, The Bridge Tender, The Sun House Restaurant, The Beach House Restaurant and The Cabana Banana. Also The Beach Bistro on the beach so you can enjoy our tranquil sunsets and warm Gulf breeze.
