Property description
The apartment is on the 2nd floor(lift/stair access) however due to the complex having been built on a slight hill the balcony is high up giving absolutely fantastic views across the resort of Golf Del Sur. The ocean is in front of you and the golf course to the left. On a clear day the outline of Gran Canaria can be seen along with Tenerife's famous Red Rock, appropriately named as it turns a beautiful deep rich red colour as it heats up in the sunshine.
The apartment is in excellent condition and the complex is kept to a very high standard. It comprises lounge, dining area, bathroom, bedroom and balcony.
The bedroom has twin beds and there is a single sofa bed in the lounge. There are ample fitted wardrobes and a portable TV.
The fully fitted kitchen includes an electric hob and full sized oven, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, kettle and washing machine, breakfast bar and stool. Full sets of crockery, cutlery and utensils are included. There is an iron and ironing board.
Bed linen and towels are supplied and changed weekly.You will need your own beach towels.
The lounge has a TV with BBC1 & 2,ITV1, Channel 4 and Sky Sports News; DVD player and a hi-fi CD player, tape deck and radio. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the balcony and stunning views.
Cooling ceiling fans are in the lounge, dining area and bedroom.
The fully tiled bathroom includes bath & shower,sink and vanity unit, WC and bidet.
The balcony has a table and 4 chairs,clothes dryer and views of the Atlantic Ocean and the golf course.

The apartment is in a quiet development, close to the 27 hole championship standard golf course at Golf Del Sur.
Shops, local supermarkets and a commercial centre are within easy reach. The centre boasts many bars and restaurants, including Italian, Thai, Chinese and Indian as well as local food. Live entertainment is on every evening. Also close by are Irish bars with Sky satellite TV showing sports channels.
The apartment is 10 minutes from Tenerife South airport.
Mount Teide is 45 minutes (20 miles) away.
Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are a 20 minute ride away.
Surfing, windsurfing, sail-boarding and other water sports are available at El Medano, a 15 minute ride.
Los Abrigos, a local fishing village, is a short walk or ride away and has a number of excellent fish restaurants.
Ocean Golf and Country Club is a high quality development and has 3 swimming pools, one of which is heated and another which is for children. There are sun-beds, outside showers and toilets at the pool area. On-site there is a bar/restaurant with Sky Sports channels.
Reduced green fees are available on the Golf Del Sur golf course.
Within easy reach are the seaside promenade and pebble beaches. The new marina is also close by with shops and restaurants, including Mexican, Chinese and Italian.
There are pleasants seaside walks locally and further afield in the mountains.
Fishing is available locally and diving is on offer in San Blas, the local commercial centre.
