Property description
Single three-floors house with a small private garden (50sq meter), three double rooms, a studio on the first floor with two sofas, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with shower/hot tub), dining room for up to eight guests, a kitchenette (with access to the garden for easy outdoor meals), living room, entrance and laundry.
Near Le Zattere and the church of San Sebastiano, three minutes from the San Basilio boat service. A modern restoration of an old venetian house you will find precious traditional "marmorino" walls and luxury furnitures.
The house sleeps confortably 4-6 people, but can host up to 8 with two sofa beds in the studio (so the living rooms on the ground floor is not affected).
