Half the rent is due at the time of booking, the rest is due no less than 45 days prior to arrival. A $500.00 refundable security deposit will be posted to your credit card at check-in but not charged.
If, for any reason, you cancel your reservation and we are able to re-book Casa Phoenix for the dates of your reservation you will receive a FULL REFUND less a $100.00 administrative fee. We promise to make our best efforts to re-book the dates of your reservation. However, if we are not able to re-book for the dates you canceled you will not receive a refund, but you will receive full credit toward a future stay.
