Property description
Beach/Ocean front condo in scenic Mismaloya for rent. Just a few miles south of historic Puerto Vallarta. The condo has a king size bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room. The private balcony has a magnificent view of the bay and Pacific Occean, the perfect place to watch the sunset! The condo has marble flors through out, the kitchen was recently remodeled and is very well equipped. There is seperate air conditioning and ceiling fans for the living room and bedroom. All linens and beach towels are included, as well as maid service 3 times per week and 24 hr. security. There is a DVD player, CD player, and satelite TV in both the living room and the bedroom. There is a large pool, two hot tubs, tennis court and a well equipped gym on site, as well as a resturant that will also serve you pool-side or in your condo.

Beautiful Mismaloya beach is just a few steps away, it offers snorkeling and scuba equippment and tours, fishing trips, para sailing, wave runner rental and much more. The beach is also great for swimming and just soaking up the sun! Horseback rides is available along the river throught the jungel to the location where the film 'Predator' was filmed. The area is also known world-wide for it's number and variety of butterflies. Historic Puerto Vallarta is just a short bus ride away, it offers dining, shopping and night life. Several world class golf courses are in or close to Puerto Vallarta.
