Both houses have one bedroom, one bath, and sleep 4. The houses are privately owned, side by side and located about 2 blocks from the beach. Each house has a great gulf view. The Quintana Rose has a TV and VCR, the Quintana Sun has a TV and DVD. The kitchen's have microwaves, stove/ovens, coffee makers, toasters, cooking & eating utensils & all linens for kitchen, bath and beds. The houses are air conditioned and have heaters for the off season, with outside showers for rinsing off the sand.Come relax on the decks
and enjoy the gulf breezes.
