Property description
So close to the water, you (really) can throw a stone from the balcony and land it in the Pacific Ocean. This 2 bedroom apartment is a one minute stroll to Manly Beach (north end, a.k.a Queenscliff) and a 6 minute walk to the locals beach, Freshwater Beach, or "Freshie."
You really do have the best of both worlds. Walk on the sand (or the path) directly to the shops, bars and restaurants of Manly - it will take 15 minutes. Walk another 3 minutes and you are at the Manly Ferry - and off to the city. You can also stroll north to one Sydney's most beautiful beaches - Freshwater. Both Manly Beach and Freshwater Beach are patrolled all summer.
I am a writer and have lived in this apartment for 2 and half years. I bought it because I love the cliff top position, the fantastic common bbq area and deck and most of all the location - with beaches in all directions. It's like being IN the ocean, without getting wet.
If you can't sleep with the sound of the ocean, this is probably not the place for you.
