Property description
Escape to the tranquility and beauty of Villa Al Lado del Mar - an oceanfront tropical oasis where you can regenerate in luxurious comfort. Nestled in a lush garden are two spacious buildings (total of 2000 sq ft) with soaring palm beam ceilings and tastefully decorated with the work of Mexican artisans. The open air buildings are linked by a winding pebble pathway that leads you to the beach and 62 feet of exclusive oceanfront.
Just some of the design features include a fully equipped kitchen/great room (with bathroom), where you can gaze at the waves as you dine; king size bed with spacious dressing area, bar fridge, an office area overlooking the pool (with free wireless internet); a massive master bathroom with driftwood showerhead and a garden wall; and two seating areas - one with a seven foot couch and the other with a two person swing.
An additional bedroom with queen size bed is available in a separate smaller building if you wanted friends or family to join you.
Villa Al Lado del Mar is situated in the charming village of Troncones on the sunny Mexican Riviera - not far from the larger tourist towns of Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo. Here you will find miles of sandy beach and a wonderful laid back pace.

Rates details: Rates are for two people per night and include daily maid service and all taxes.
Low season rate of $210 per night is available from May 1- October 31
High Season rate of $260 per night is from November 1- April 30
Peak season of $300 per night is throughout the Christmas/ New Years period
A 10% discount is given for nights booked in excess of two weeks.

And, if you can tear yourself away from the beach lounge, there are plenty of activities to enjoy- from swimming, exploring tidal pools, birdwatching, deep sea fishing, horseback riding, watching the release of the endangered baby sea turtles, and more.
Should you chose to eat out there is a range of 'eat establishments'. They vary from traditional Mexican fare, sports bars, organic eats and elegant dining - many offer entertainment.
