Samarkand is a romantic self-contained AAT 4 1/2 -star log cabin, with own entrance, attached to one side of the main homestead, with mellow pine walls, scrubbed furniture and fresh flowers. Enjoy the extra luxuries of bubble bath, scented soap, bathrobes, hair dryer and toiletries.
Set in 6 acres of vines, gardens, gravel walks, gum trees and alpacas. Relax in the leafy covered courtyard or in your private 6 - person ensuite jacuzzi spa.
There is a Queen sized bed, well equipped kitchen, airconditioning and cozy gas heating, electric blankets, and BBQ in the courtyard, a bathroom with a sunken bath, TV/VCR/radio/CD/tapedeck, and a washing machine & dryer.
Very generous provisions are supplied for a cooked breakfast, port & cookies supper, chocolates, sweets, almonds, and biscuits to go with the gormet selection of teas, coffees & drinking chocolate. Vouchers are suppled for 10% discount at Premier McLaren Vale restaurants.
Dogs are also welcome, are allowed inside, but must remain with their owners at all times.

We are centrally located to many well known tourist destinations. We are 45 minutes from Adelaide, 35 minutes from the famous German town of Hahndorf, & 40 minutes from the resort town of Victor Harbour. We are 10 minutes away from the famous Maslin Beach.
