Love of Morocco where she was born, she chose to settle and to welcome guests and friends of passage.
In colored walls of southern Morocco is good to indulge in the sweetness of life. Mint tea and sweets are eaten in the hour of sunset on the ramparts, Moroccan tagine unusual salads or fusion cuisine recipes she concocted with Khadija feast at dinner time.
