This dream house has 2 more private decks on third floors as well as Central Air conditioning for those hot San Diego days.
Kick Back on your beach front private patio with ample sun chairs, a new gas BBQ, and table with umbrella and chairs. Beach toys and boogie boards are provided as well.
The maximum capacity for this home is 15 adults.
This ocean front property has two bedrooms on the first floor two twin beds and a full bed, and a sofa sleeper. There are two roll-away cots located in storage on the first floor too.
The second floor has a king sized bedroom with private bath and a sofa sleeper located in the master suite.
The third floor has two twin beds, or one king bed and a private bath.
DVD's and televisions are in all the bedrooms. The living room and Master suite have large plasma TV's and each has a Fireplace.
This unique home has a full equipped kitchen. All our guests have access to the dishwasher, microwave, gas oven and stove, a full sized refrigerator, Toaster, coffee maker, Blenders, flatware, serving ware, and pots and pans, as well as Tupperware.
Washer and Dryer in unit and all linens and beach towels are provided for our special guests.
Perfect for that large family reunion, Corporate retreats.
