Our villa « TAMARA »offers about 150 square meters, consisting of
- a big open living room,
- an open kitchen that is completely and comfortably equipped with self counter and all necessary electrical devices : stove with self cleaning oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and a double door freezer/fridge with water, ice and chilled dispenser in the door.
- There is an open prandial area, three bedrooms (Master Bedroom, Queen Bedroom, Twin Bedroom) and two bathrooms with hair dryer on each.
- The master bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms by the living area and has a king size bed and a 32’’ LED TV Flat Screened. The master opens onto the patio by a sliding glass door.
- The living room is outfitted with a big flat screen : 46" LED TV Flat Screened with Blueray DVD for jovial evenings. There is wireless internet available for free use.
- The second bedroom has a queen size bed and
- the third bedroom has twin beds.
- An utility room provides a laundry machine and a dryer.
- The double garage is electronically controllable and with direct access to the house.
- The outdoor area consists of a generous sized canopied terrace, a table chairs and comfortable sun loungers. This outdoor area is fully covered by a screen to protect it from insects. You can enjoy your meal in a most relaxed atmosphere with an electrical barbecue grill with two fans and lights.
The Villa « TAMARA » in the southwest of Florida is in a very quiet residential area, close to Del Prado Blvd. near shopping and restaurants. You might want to visit the Everglades, which are only 45 minutes away. Or you can reach the vibrant metropolis of Miami in only about 2 hours and visit the famous Ocean Drive in South Beach and about 3 hours to Orlando.
Due to the excellent road network the Fort Myers International Airport is only about 30 minutes away.
