COMFORT is a historic German town just 10 minutes away, with well-preserved old German stone buildings, a beautiful old-fashioned downtown full of antique shops, restaurants, a general store, the Guadalupe River, and even a winery.....all easy and very pleasant to walk around, with very little traffic.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS (within an hour's drive through gorgeous Hill Country scenery) include a bat tunnel, several more wineries, Enchanted Rock, San Antonio's Riverwalk, the Alamo, Fiesta Texas and Sea World.
