| Review | Just remember that Itopia Private Residences is a condominium, not HOTEL. You must sign a lease, 3 month minimum. All RENTERS must register with the condo manager. This is not a vacation time share, rather a condo with condo rules and regulations. (i.e. Parking Rules, Pet Rules, Lease Terms). There are no nightly or monthly rates, if you are caught not signing a lease you will be turned in and face a penalty as set-forth in the condo docs. |
